Warner Music Canada engaged DPI as their exclusive Construction Management partner to work alongside the Warner, design and PM teams on delivering a new and dynamic office space at the new Well development in downtown Toronto. At just over 20,000 sf, the space features an open office environment, multiple recording and engineering studios, event space and cafe where Warner can host global clients and artists. The DPI team oversaw multiple rounds of budgeting noting a particular emphasis on the many specialty items requiring unique lead times. The new space in the Allied-owned building environment have elevated Warner’s entire corporate persona and reinvigorated the brand.
