Ursel Philips

Ursel Philips via DePM hired DPI to be their Construction Manager, as they progressed through a company-wide rebranding and firm relocation. Working with DePM, complete pre-construction and construction services were provided. Moving from a dated enclosed space to a penthouse loft suite, the tenant opted to maintain the open plenum ceiling with raw services exposed as a feature item of the design. Imported hardwood flooring was installed throughout as well as polishing and coating areas of exposed concrete slab as the finished floor. The finishes were high-end and reflected discerning taste – from custom reception desks, full height cement tiled walls and custom lighting to artist built custom hardwood lunchroom furniture. All offices featured new PC350 product with sliding barn doors and full height glazing.
