UBER
Technology start-up UBER was looking to establish its first Canadian office space in downtown Toronto in a 1920’s brick and beam loft building. The design focused on maintaining the building’s inherent charm and to highlight its original characteristics, while incorporating an integrated audio/visual and technological infrastructure. The build included custom hot rolled steel islands with salvaged wood tops, black PC350 sliding fronts, upholstered banquettes, and open plenum services. The project was accomplished within a limited five-week construction period.
