Sage is the market leader for integrated accounting, payroll, and payment systems, supporting the ambition of the world’s entrepreneurs. The company’s move to Scotia Plaza at 40 King St West in downtown Toronto totaled just over 15,000sf with DPI being hired as the Construction Management partner. Working alongside iN STUDIO as the design partner and C&W as PM, the project objectives were clearly defined from the outset:

1. Deliver a workplace that elevates performance through flexibility, flow, and connection: one that flow seamlessly, that recognize the variety of roles at Sage and give colleagues the flexibility of choice to perform at their best, so that Sage continues to attract and retain the best talent.

2. Deliver a workplace that is a manifestation of Sage culture and values: the workplace is used as a platform to embed the Sage culture.

The results have been transformative. Not only does the workforce flock to the office everyday of the week, people are inspired and collaborating with more vigor than ever before. The CFO of the Toronto Sage office put it this way: “This new workplace has changed our life.”
