NPI engaged DPI as the Construction Manager (CM) to build-out the new space at 175 Bloor St East. Adherence to cost and schedule was of paramount importance while navigating a unique challenge remediating/refurbishing an inter-connecting staircase. The process was enjoyable for all involved and the delivery of the completed space seamless, culminating in an open house gala where NPI Board Members and staff were introduced to the sleek, flexible modernity of the new office space.
