Working together with the client and design team, DPI completed the renovations of the JLL West Office Project located in Toronto, Ontario. The project included a detailed preconstruction phase to ensure key milestones were met. DPI worked closely with the landlord to coordinate construction, electrical and mechanical work simultaneously. The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget.
To capture the spirit of JLL’s entrepreneurial culture, JLL North relocated to the 5th floor of 235 Yorkland Blvd., in Toronto. To ensure the new office would be tech enabled, digitally transformative and allow for a flexible and mobile work environment, an open floor plan layout was chosen, and specialty AV requirements prioritized. As Construction Manager, DPI built out seven meeting rooms, collaborative workspaces, a reception and cafeteria with open ceilings, polished concrete floors and specialty lighting. The project set out tight timeline requirements for completion and in working with the project team, DPI delivered a finished project that exceeded expectations, on time and within budget.
