Extendicare

Extendicare was looking to renovate their existing corporate office in Markham with the goal of consolidating all employees onto four floors in a way that facilitated collaboration and efficiency. Extendicare specified a Construction Manager partner that embodies strong values in: professionalism, courtesy, attitude, partnerships, ideas and integrity.

DPI was selected as that construction partner and the immediate work included the complete demolition and renovation of four floors. All work was performed phased, one floor at a time while the client remained fully operational.  Scheduling for project straddled COVID but the execution continued safely without experiencing an outbreak on-site.

Extendicare executives have not been shy to share their happiness with both the process and the result. A result that supports propelling their organization to greater heights in serving seniors from coast-to-coast.
