Delta Hotel

Delta Hotels built a two tower and podium for their new flagship hotel and headquarters in downtown Toronto. DPI was engaged to build the new ground floor feature restaurant and lounge. Working with our partners at GWLRA, we delivered complete pre-construction and construction services. Included were full height black anodized wall cladding throughout, high-end leather and solid wood custom millwork booths and banquets, a feature wood panelled ceiling, a custom lobby Architrave and Brise Soleil and hickory hardwood flooring. The kitchen instillation included walk-in coolers, an Ecologizer, grease traps, fire suppression hoods, and a custom stone pizza oven.
