DPI acted as CM for Aviva Canada’s new GTA West office in Oakville. First Gulf purpose- built the new location and provided the base building shell construction (LEED Gold Core & Shell). DPI completed the tenant fit out and the Project included significant mechanical, electrical and lighting. The ceiling is open and includes areas of floating ceilings. The floors include a 4.5” raised floor system, and the facility also includes food services with restaurant capability and infrastructure.
