Confidential Financial Services
DPI’s client partner in the financial services sector took the bold step to initiate a hybrid workstyle and supporting environment in renovating their three-floor office for the first time in over 15 years.
The transformation saw a complete redesign of the elevator lobbies inviting visitors to be welcomed by a new reception and waiting area near the modern, refinished inter-connecting staircase. Hand-blown custom glass chandelier lighting adorns the stair area with stylish subtlety with European-sourced wall-paneling adding quiet refinement to the space.
As Construction Manager, DPI oversaw the complete renovation to the interior of the office space including new sit-stand desks offering employees ultimate flexibility and comfort. A new cafeteria moonlights as the town hall space supplemented by a divisible conference room giving larger groups options for open areas to meet. Quaint serveries abound to meet the coffee/tea demands of employees who are happy to share their appreciation for the thoughtful, functional design of their new offices.
The back-of-house build-out saw the creation of a new server room and new pre-action and UPS systems while sustainability objectives include the targeting of LEED Gold certification.
