About DPI
DPI is the first commercial construction company to join the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).
Diversity drives Innovation
Over 20 years ago DPI pioneered the practice of Construction Management in Toronto and surrounding area. Since then Toronto has evolved into one of the most active real estate and construction markets in North America.
DPI’s diverse and inclusive culture has organically grown over those 20+ years. With Canada recognized as the global leader in cosmopolitan diversity, aligning the diversity of the team with that of the region naturally allows DPI to exceed the outdated approaches prevalent in the industry.
DPI’s Project Delivery teams are comprised of 80-100% women and under-represented groups.
Company History
Co-founders Rick Perin and Elvio Di Simone established DPI Construction Management in 1998.
The firm was founded based on an unmet need in the marketplace – for a more personalized construction experience built on trust, competence and accountability. This still is what drives us today. What started as a small office of four people and two clients has prospered into a world-class firm of professionals servicing North America’s top corporations.
