DPI Construction Management is lead by two principals with over a combined 50 plus years of experience in office construction: Rick Perin, Elvio DiSimone.
As leaders of the firm, their goal is to provide clients and partners with PEACE OF MIND for everything related to project construction cost, quality, and delivery. They carefully fit the right team members and skill-set to the right project. Moreover, every project has a DPI Principal directly involved, ensuring immediate senior-level involvement at every stage. This approach has served our clients well, and allowed DPI to build ongoing, long-term trusted relationships.
Co-founders Rick Perin and Elvio Di Simone established DPI Construction Management in 1998.
The firm was founded based on an unmet need in the marketplace - for a more personalized construction experience built on trust, competence and accountability. This still is what drives us today. What started then as a small office of four people and two clients has prospered into a full-service, industry-leading firm of professionals servicing some of Canada’s largest companies.
