This project consisted of a tenant fit out of 12,000 square feet for Elliot Special Risks. This project had a critical nine-week schedule with parameters that need to be maintained. Diligent coordination with suppliers was had to assure the schedule was met. The scope of work included mechanical, electrical, communications, partitioning, ceilings, flooring, millwork, door operators, window shades, moveable partition, security and a DIRTT glazing wall system. DPI executed additional scope after completion to build an additional set of offices.
