This project consists of the occupied space renovation of approximately 140,000 sf broken down into eight phases, to ensure that the client’s ongoing operations endure a minimal impact. The catalyst of the project was to bring the Eli Lilly brand back into their everyday work environment. Early collaboration with the design team and Eli Lilly we were able to delivery end product that met both the fiscal restraints, and uncompromising brand image. The scope of work includes demolition, partitioning, doors and frames, mechanical, electrical, sprinklers, glazing, painting, graphics, specialty screens and furniture relocates. Each phase is completed as a distinct ‘sub-project’ to ensure continuity of operations. The continued success of this project has led to three more phases.
